What kind of lighting does it provide? How hot is it? Can you tell me what the brightness is like?

The LEDs used in Desk Lamp do not give off heat even while using the brightest settings.

While in use, will this Half Moon LED Desk Lamp cure gel polish?

Half Moon LED Desk Lamp are designed to provide natural daylight illumination, which is similar to sunlight. Our recommendation is not to use harsh chemicals to clean your lamp.The lamps we sell are made of steel and certain cleaning chemicals could damage the metal. The best way to clean your lamp is to use lukewarm water with a drop of Dawn dish soap. Ensure that the area is completely aired out after it has been cleaned. Additionally, there is a great way to prevent fingerprints and smudges on the lamp, if you cover the locations of the lamp that are touched on a daily basis with a disposable barrier film and use microfiber cloths to wipe the lamp. This will help you prevent finger prints and smudges from appearing on the lamp.

Does this work for the mobile service I have? If so, how does it work?

I am having a hard time assembling my lamp, can you help me?

Here are some tips and best practices for assembling salon lighting furniture according to the manufacturer's instructions:

It is extremely important to read the user manual that comes with the lamp as well as the safety guidelines provided on the packaging of the Half Moon LED Desk Lamp before using it to ensure that you are using it safely.

WARNING! The Half Moon LED Desk Lamp may contain small, detachable parts, which may be a danger to children, especially small children, if they ingest them, may cause choking, personal injury, or even death. Ensure that small parts are handled and stored safely, and keep them out of reach of children younger than four.

Manual Noted

1. Check the accessories listed on the material list after opening the package

Keep them safe and don't lose them.

2. For the removal of the lighting accessories, you should wear gloves

3. The assembly instructions must be followed when assembling the product

4. It is important to note that the access voltage ranges between 100 and 240 volts.

5. The best way to clean your lamp is to use lukewarm water with a drop of Dawn dish soap. Ensure that the area is completely aired out after it has been cleaned. (It is prohibited to use acid or alkaline cleaning solutions for lamp cleaning.)

Assembly Instructions:

Installation consists of four steps:

1. Take the lamp out of its original box and assemble all the parts
2. With the provided screws, screw the iron plate base onto the lamp body using a Phillips screwdriver.
3. Plug the wall-mount power supply into the DC socket on the lamp, then the On/Off switch on the power supply will turn on the lamp.
4. The On/Off switch can be used to dim the lamp's brightness

TERM AND CONDITION OF SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Our order processing service is not available on weekends and holidays. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday. For orders placed before 11AM EST, we aim to ship within 3 to 5 business days. We ship all orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. On weekends and holidays, we are unable to process orders. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We guarantee that orders placed by 11AM EST will be shipped within 5 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 What taxes and customs fees are required for international customers (outside USA)?

All other international shipments are currently delivered duty unpaid (DDU), meaning the customer is responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.  In some cases, your package will be delivered to your local post office. 

SHI is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS or Fedex service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS or Fedex we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS or Fedex. Please contact the nearest USPS or Fedex to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.

We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. 

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. Your payment will be processed once your order is shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax fees. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement.
