How to Use
Operating Procedure
- Charge the MegaPower Pro before use.
- Plug the handpiece into the 3-prong output jack.
- Insert a standard 3/32 inch bit into the collet and lock securely.
- Press and hold the power button for up to 3 seconds to start.
- Adjust speed from 0 to 35,000 RPM using the variable speed dial.
- Double-click the power button to pause.
- Use forward or reverse mode for left-handed or right-handed work.
How to Install a Bit
- Make sure the power is off.
- Clean, disinfect, and fully dry the bit before inserting.
- Twist the locking chuck to open the collet.
- Insert a standard 3/32 inch bit.
- Twist until the chuck clicks and locks securely.
How to Remove a Bit
- Turn the electric file off.
- Twist the locking chuck to open the collet.
- Remove the bit.
- Replace with the blank pin when the handpiece is not in use.
The blank pin helps keep the collet straight and protected from bending or damage.
Overload Protection
The MegaPower Pro S9 includes built-in overload protection. If too much pressure is applied and the machine stops, turn the unit off, wait 15 seconds, then restart.
