All accepted creators will enter a 3-month trial period upon joining the SHi® Creator Partnership Program. During this time, participants must meet the following expectations to remain in the program:

Welcome to the SHi® family! As a Content Creator Partnership for SHi® Professional, you play a crucial role in representing our brand, creating engaging content, and building a thriving community. This handbook is designed to provide you with guidelines and expectations to ensure a productive and positive partnership.

1. Monthly Guidelines:

To maintain your status as a trusted Content Creator Partnership and to continue enjoying the exclusive benefits, you are required to meet the following monthly guidelines:

Share a minimum of 10 posts per month using SH®i products, with at least 6 being reels. We encourage a variety of content, including demos, swatches, how-to's, and more.

2. Brand Loyalty & Discount Code Withdrawal:

Please remember that the exclusive discount is offered to you as a trusted Content Creator Partnership. We reserve the right to withdraw your discount code should the monthly guidelines not be met.

3. Confidentiality:

By listing your referral code, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

All correspondence and conversations about new product launches and trade secrets must be kept confidential.

If we provide you with training or sensitive information, it must also remain confidential.

4. Conflict Resolution:

5. Use of SHi® Registered Mark:

It is strictly prohibited to use the SHi® registered mark without prior approval. Any use without authorization may lead to legal implications.

6. Legal Liability:

As a Content Creator Partnership, you are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. You must disclose your affiliation with SHi® Professionals in all relevant posts and follow any disclosure requirements under the law.

7. Ethical Conduct:

We expect all our Content Creator Partnerships to maintain high standards of ethical conduct. This includes providing honest and accurate information to your followers and not engaging in any unethical practices such as spam, false advertising, or any form of discrimination.

8. Content Usage:

As a trusted Content Creator Partnership, your content may be shared and reposted by SHi® Professional across various social media channels. Your work is a valuable part of our brand's identity, and sharing it helps inspire and inform our community.

9. Growth and Feedback:

We value your partnership and encourage you to share your ideas, suggestions, and experiences with us. We aim to grow together and appreciate your insights.

10. Termination:

Both parties have the right to terminate this agreement at any time with proper notice.
