We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unless otherwise noted, your deadline for returning an item is 14 days from the date you received your product.

  • If you are unsure how to use our products, we are here to help with tutorials or troubleshooting.
  • Exchanges are permitted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
