We spent years making the best matte gel topcoat and here it is! Shi branded Matte Velvet Finish non-wipe gel top coat is specially formulated to offer a long-lasting, durable matte finish that looks and feels like velvet! This is the perfect matte top coat to seal in your color, prevent chipping, and also protect your nails from any fading or discoloration.

  • Durable, scratch resistant
  • UV and LED Curable. UV = 120 seconds, LED = 30 seconds
  • Size: 15ml / 0.50oz

Application:
1. Apply an even coat over your finished gel or acrylic nail as the last step of your gel manicure. If applying over water-based paint art, be sure that the paints are dry, and that there is a seal around the edge of the nail where the product can connect to a gel base.  
2. Cure with LED lamp for 30 seconds, or UV lamp for 2 mins.

Removal: file through for a faster soak off.

Professional use only. 
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
