FUNCTION DETAILS:

OPERATING PROCEDURE:

1. Charge the MegaPower Pro battery before use by plugging in the power adapter.
2. Insert the handle plug into the machine handle socket.
3. Plug the handpiece into the 3-prong output jack located at the top of the machine.
4. Open the chuck and insert the standard 3/32" bit in the collet. Close it with a twist.
5. Press the power switch for up to 3 seconds to start.
6. Adjust the speed from 0 to 35,000 RPM by turning the variable dial knob clockwise to increase the speed and counterclockwise to reduce the speed.
7. To pause MegaPower Pro, double-click the power switch.
8. MegaPower Pro is designed for both left- and right-handed users.

MEGAPOWER OVERLOAD PROTECTION:

Built-in overload protection for the power supply. If the machine stops working due to overload, follow these steps:

1. Press the power switch and hold for up to 5 seconds until it's in the "OFF" position.
2. Wait for 15 seconds.
3. Press the power switch again and hold for up to 5 seconds until it's in the "ON" position to start the machine.

HOLDING A HANDPIECE:

Position your index finger just above the nose to hold the handpiece, same as holding a pen or a marker. For better control, place your forearms on the table and balance your hands with your fulcrum finger.

INSTALLING AND TAKING OUT A BIT

HOW TO INSTALL A BIT

1. Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position before inserting any bits.
2. Clean, disinfect, and completely DRY all bits before inserting them into the handpiece.
3. Twist the locking chuck to open the collet.
4. Place a standard 3/32" bit into the open collet and twist the locking chuck until it clicks and is tightly locked.
5. You may now press the "ON" switch to start the electric file.

HOW TO TAKE OUT A BIT

1. Turn "OFF" the electric file.
2. Twist the locking chuck to open the collet.
3. Remove the bit and replace it with the blank pin. Twist the locking chuck until it clicks and is tightly locked.

*IMPORTANT! Why should I replace the blank pin in my handpiece when it is not in use?

The blank pin in the handpiece keeps the collet straight and protected from bending or damage. If the collet is bent or damaged, inserted bits will not spin straight and may cause injury. By inserting a blank pin into the handpiece during inactivity, you will keep the collet straight and the handpiece protected.

VIII. SAFETY

WARNING! Reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or injury.

1. Read all instructions carefully before using the MegaPower Handpiece to ensure the durability and reliability of the device. Shi cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by the failure to read the instructions correctly.
2. Use only the accessories that came with the device. As soon as the accessories are securely connected, the device can be used.
3. Check the corrected power supply voltage.
4. Do not use a damaged socket, as it may cause an electric shock or a fire.
5. Do not use the device during charging to avoid reducing its service life.
6. Keep this device away from heat sources, candles, cigarettes, etc.
7. Avoid damage or danger by selecting the proper speed and adjusting it according to your needs.
8. When too much pressure is applied to the machine, it may become overloaded. When the handpiece suddenly stops working, turn the power off and restart it.
9. Before placing the handpiece down, make sure it has fully stopped operating. When placing, be careful as strong shocks can damage the bearing.
10. Whenever the LED display screen is set to "0FF", do not use the electric file.
11. Keep electric files away from children and untrained people when idle.
12. Before each use, check the electric file for misalignment, broken parts and bindings, or any other condition that may affect the e-file.
13. Turn off an unattended running electric file. 

WARNING! Reduce the risk of electric shock, fire or injury. The MegaPower comes with a power adapter that has the capability to use either 100-240Volts.

1. Avoid storing or placing an electric file where it can fall into a tub, sink or toilet.
2. Do not reach for an electric file that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
3. Do not use an electric file if the cord or plug is damaged.
4. Do not operate the electric file if it is not in proper working condition.
5. Do not operate the electric file if it is submerged in water or any other liquid.
6. Avoid excessive bending or pulling of the cord. Keep all cords away from heated surfaces.
7. It is strictly prohibited to use handpieces with oils or any other liquid, including water.
8. Do not turn the handpiece parts while the pen is working as this may damage the motor.
