Please apply a layer of matte topcoat over color gel before applying Ink. Top with a layer of Shi Supper Shiny Gel Topcoat or Shi Matte Velvet Gel Topcoat for a beautiful finished.Our Neon Marble Ink is made with cosmetic approved pigments, so it's safe for you and your clients.
