When used strategically, its matte surface can help isolate chrome designs by reducing unwanted chrome powder pickup on surrounding areas. This allows the nail artist to create cleaner contrast between matte surfaces and reflective chrome details.

How to Use

1. Complete the desired gel color, enhancement, or nail art service and cure according to the appropriate professional guidelines.
2. Apply a thin, even layer of SHi® Smart Matte™ over the entire nail, avoiding contact with the surrounding skin.
3. Cap the free edge when appropriate for the service.
4. Cure according to the SHi® recommended curing guidelines for the final production formula and compatible professional lamp.
5. No cleansing is required after proper curing. Allow the finished surface to cool briefly before applying cuticle oil or handling extensively.

Professional Tip: For selective chrome nail art, Smart Matte™ can be used to create surrounding areas where unwanted chrome pickup is reduced. Apply the chrome design using the appropriate SHi® chrome workflow for precise placement and contrast.
